One table. Fourteen chairs. Four times a year, in a different city, with owners who have already solved the problem you are looking at. What is said in the room stays in the room, and every member signs for that.

What it is

Fourteen people who have already done it.

The person telling you how a cross-border exit actually went is the one who did it, eighteen months ago, and still has the scar. Sessions are closed, unrecorded, and run without a stage, a sponsor or a slide deck.

The value is what happens after. Members transact with each other, co-invest with each other, and introduce each other to counterparties no adviser could have opened.

Cross-border, in practice

Membership

How a seat comes to you.

01

The relationship comes first

A seat follows a relationship with the house. That order is what keeps the room worth sitting in.

02

A partner invites you

Membership is personal and stays with you, not with a company you might sell.

03

You bring someone

One guest per open session, proposed by you and vetted by us. Most members use it on a peer they want in the room permanently.

Member access

Ilumini member login

Session papers, recordings of what was agreed to be recorded, and the member directory. If you cannot get in, your relationship manager can reissue your access the same day.

Access is personal and monitored. Credentials are not to be shared, including with family members who are not themselves members.

Start with one conversation.

Tell us what you hold today and what you want it to do. A partner reads it and replies personally, usually within two business days.
